Anti-p53 (phospho-S392) Antibody

A recombinant rabbit monoclonal reagent from Antibodies.com directed against p53 phosphorylated at serine 392, a C-terminal post-translational modification linked to p53 tetramerization, nuclear accumulation, and tumor suppressor activation following DNA damage and genotoxic stress.

This unconjugated antibody is validated for western blot and immunohistochemistry on human, mouse, and rat samples, supporting research into oncogenesis, apoptosis, and cell cycle checkpoint pathways where site-specific S392 phosphorylation is interrogated.

Each vial contains 100 µl of recombinant antibody in 1x TBS (pH 7.4) supplemented with 1% BSA, 40% glycerol, and 0.05% sodium azide as preservative. Store at -20 degrees C in aliquots to limit freeze-thaw cycles and protect from light, for in vitro research use only.
