Anti-p53 (phospho-S33) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com, raised against p53 phosphorylated at Serine 33. The unconjugated reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and is reported to react with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples, accompanied by two scientific validation images.

It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human p53 around the Serine 33 phosphorylation site, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of p53 when phosphorylated at Ser33. The reported molecular weight is ~ 53,43 kDa. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE.
