Anti-p53 (phospho S15) Antibody

According to the manufacturer's datasheet, the antibody is validated for Western blotting (WB) and immunoprecipitation (IP), with the Antibodies.com listing additionally including immunofluorescence (IF). Reactivity is stated as Human by Antibodies.com, while the manufacturer extends this to Human, Mouse and Rat. The immunogen is a synthetic phosphorylated peptide corresponding to the region around S15 of human p53 (NP_000537.3), and the antibody is purified by affinity chromatography.

It is supplied in liquid form in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal. Recommended dilutions are WB 1:100–1:500 and IP 1:50–1:100.
