A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against p53 and is intended for immunohistochemistry (IHC) on human samples. The unconjugated reagent was generated using a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 271–310 of human p53 and detects endogenous levels of p53 protein. The target has a reported molecular weight of ~53,43 kDa.
The antibody is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approx. pH 7.2, and was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen. Reported purity is > 95% by SDS-PAGE.
