Anti-p53 Antibody [S11-K]

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone S11-K) targets p53 and is supplied as an unconjugated liquid reagent. It is raised against a peptide derived from the C-terminal sequence of human p53 and recognizes the epitope located between Lys372 - His380. The antibody is of the IgG isotype and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

Validated applications include Western Blot (WB), ELISA, Immunoprecipitation (IP), and Immunocytochemistry (ICC). Recommended starting dilutions are WB at 1:2,000 and ELISA at 1:10,000-1:20,000. The product is formulated in Tris Buffered Saline, pH 8.0, containing 10 mg/ml BSA and 0.05% Sodium Azide. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
