The immunogen is a synthesized peptide derived from human p53 around the non-phosphorylation site of serine 6, and the antibody is supplied as an unconjugated liquid in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide at a protein concentration of 1 mg/ml. The 50 µl size is recommended for storage at –20 °C for up to one year, where the reagent remains stable for routine bench use in research laboratories.
