Description
A polyclonal antibody preparation raised in rabbit, supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated reagent for the detection of human p53. The immunogen is recombinant full length human p53, and the antibody specifically recognises endogenous levels of the p53 protein.
Validated for use in Western blot, immunohistochemistry and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), the reagent is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity reported as greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The observed molecular weight is approximately 53,43 kDa. The product is provided at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol.
