Anti-p53 (Acetyl-Lys372) Antibody

This Rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets p53 (Acetyl-Lys372) and is validated for Western blot (WB) and ELISA applications on human samples. The unconjugated reagent is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen.

The immunogen is a synthesized peptide derived from the human p53 sequence around the acetylation site of K372. The antibody detects endogenous levels of p53 only when the protein is acetylated at K372.

Supplied at a concentration of 1 mg/mL, the product is formulated as a liquid in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide. It is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
