P4HTM is a transmembrane prolyl 4-hydroxylase anchored in the endoplasmic reticulum that contributes to cellular oxygen sensing by hydroxylating HIF-alpha subunits under normoxic conditions, marking them for VHL-dependent proteasomal turnover. This rabbit polyclonal IgG reagent from Antibodies.com is raised against the P4HTM target and validated for Western blot detection in human and mouse samples. Supplied as an unconjugated antibody in a 200 µl vial, it supports research on HIF pathway regulation, ER-associated hydroxylation, and oxygen-dependent signaling in cell and tissue lysates. The polyclonal format provides broader epitope coverage for detecting endogenous P4HTM expression across varied experimental conditions, including studies of hypoxia response and prolyl hydroxylase domain (PHD) family function.
