Anti-P4HA2 Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody targets P4HA2 and is supplied unconjugated in liquid form. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and reacts with samples from human, mouse and rat. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 239-333 of human P4HA2 (NP_004190.1). The antibody is affinity purified and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. The reported molecular weight of the target is 61 kDa.

Recommended dilutions are WB at 1:100-1:500 and ICC/IF at 1:50-1:200. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
