Anti-p47-phox (Phospho-Ser370) Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets the p47-phox protein when phosphorylated at serine 370, and was raised against a synthesized peptide derived from human p47-phox around the phosphorylation site of S370.

The unconjugated antibody is validated for use in ELISA, Western blot (WB), and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications, and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. According to the manufacturer, it specifically detects endogenous levels of p47-phox only when phosphorylated at S370.

The reagent is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, and is supplied in phosphate-buffered saline containing 0.02% sodium azide, 0.5% BSA and 50% glycerol at a concentration of 1 mg/mL. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
