Anti-p47-phox (phospho-S304) Antibody

The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human p47-phox around the phosphorylation site of Serine 304. By specificity, the reagent detects endogenous levels of p47-phox protein only when phosphorylated at Ser304. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The expected molecular weight is approximately 45 kDa.
