Anti-p47 phox (Ab-345) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal primary antibody from Antibodies.com raised against p47 phox, the cytosolic organizer subunit of the NADPH oxidase complex (also called NCF1), with specificity directed at residue 345 of the human protein. Upon cell stimulation, p47 phox is phosphorylated at multiple serine residues and translocates to the membrane, where it partners with p67 phox, p40 phox, and the catalytic gp91 phox subunit to drive superoxide production in the phagocyte respiratory burst. Researchers working in innate immunity, chronic granulomatous disease, cardiovascular redox signaling, and inflammatory cell biology use this reagent at 50 µl per vial to detect endogenous p47 phox by Western blot on whole-cell lysates and by immunohistochemistry on fixed tissue sections.
