Supplied as a 50 µl liquid at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4, 150 mM NaCl) with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, the unconjugated antibody is purified by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific peptide and detects the endogenous level of total p44/42 MAP kinase (predicted molecular weight of 42/44 kDa). Recommended working applications include Western blotting (typically 1:500–1:1000) and immunohistochemistry (1:50–1:100), and the reagent has been validated for reactivity against human, mouse, and rat samples.
