Anti-p40 Antibody [L14-A]

Rabbit monoclonal L14-A antibody from Antibodies.com targets p40, the truncated Delta-Np63 isoform of p63, and is conjugated to FITC for direct fluorescence detection in flow cytometry workflows. The clone recognizes a nuclear epitope on human p40 and is supplied as a liquid formulation sized for 100 tests, with an IgG isotype background suitable for standard FC staining protocols. In published immunohistochemistry and flow cytometry use, the L14-A clone is recognized as a marker for squamous cell carcinoma and for basal and myoepithelial cells in breast and prostate tissue, and is frequently paired with cytokeratin markers to separate squamous from adenocarcinoma lineages in lung tumor panels. The FITC label is excited by the 488 nm blue laser and emits in the green channel, allowing straightforward integration into multicolor panels.
