Anti-p38/MAPK14 (phospho-Y322) Antibody

This Rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com was raised against a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human p38/MAPK14 around the phosphorylation site of Tyrosine 322. According to the manufacturer, the reagent specifically detects endogenous levels of MAPK14 protein only when phosphorylated at Tyr322, and is provided as an unconjugated preparation.

Validated for Western blot (WB) and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications, the antibody reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol, and was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 42 kDa.
