Phosphorylation at tyrosine 322 is one of several regulatory modifications on p38 MAPK (MAPK14), a stress-activated kinase that controls inflammatory signaling, cell cycle progression, and apoptotic responses. From Antibodies.com, this unconjugated rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against the phospho-Y322 epitope and is validated for Western blot and immunofluorescence workflows, supporting detection of the activated kinase in human, mouse, and rat samples.
The antibody is supplied as 100 µl of a 1 mg/ml preparation in PBS containing 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, and should be stored at -20°C in aliquots to limit freeze-thaw cycles. Researchers probing MAPK pathway activation downstream of cellular stress, cytokine signaling, or oncogenic stimuli can use this reagent to distinguish site-specific phosphorylation at Y322 from total p38 pools in cell lysates or fixed tissue sections.
