Anti-p38/MAPK14 (phospho-Y182) Antibody

This Antibodies.com primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against p38/MAPK14 phosphorylated at Tyrosine 182. The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human p38/MAPK14 surrounding the Tyr182 phosphorylation site, and the antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of MAPK14 protein only when phosphorylated at this residue.

The unconjugated antibody is supplied at 1mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol. It has been validated for Western blot (WB) and immunofluorescence applications, including ICC/IF, and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, giving a purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE, and the target protein runs at a molecular weight of approximately 42 kDa.
