Anti-p38/MAPK14 (phospho-T180) Antibody

This polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets the p38/MAPK14 protein phosphorylated at Threonine 180. It is a rabbit polyclonal reagent, supplied unconjugated and validated for Western blotting (WB) and immunofluorescence (IF, including ICC/IF). The antibody reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human p38/MAPK14 around the phosphorylation site of Threonine 180. The antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of MAPK14 protein only when phosphorylated at Thr180. The reported molecular weight of the target is ~42 kDa.

The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol.
