Anti-p38 MAPK (Ab-322) Antibody

It is unconjugated and raised in rabbit, with reactivity confirmed against human and mouse samples. The antibody has been validated for use in Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications.

The immunogen is a synthesized non-phosphopeptide derived from human p38 MAPK around the phosphorylation site of tyrosine 322 (D-P-Y-D-Q), and the reagent detects endogenous levels of total p38 MAPK protein. It is supplied at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen.
