Anti-p38 MAPK (Ab-322) Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent targets p38 MAPK (also called MAPK14), a 38 kDa serine/threonine kinase that sits in the middle of stress-activated and inflammatory cell signaling cascades. The antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide centred around residue 322 of the human p38 MAPK sequence and is supplied as 100 µl of unconjugated antiserum.

Validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunofluorescence (IF), it shows reactivity in Human and Mouse samples, supporting translational work in tissue sections and cell-based models of inflammation, apoptosis, and cytokine signaling.
