Anti-p38 Antibody

Offered by Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal reagent targets endogenous p38 and is supplied as a 50 µL liquid formulation at approximately 1 mg/mL in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide. The unconjugated antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by epitope-specific affinity chromatography, using a synthetic peptide derived from human p38 around the non-phosphorylation site of Y323 as immunogen. Recommended applications include ELISA, Western blot, immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), and the reagent has been validated for reactivity against Human, Mouse and Rat samples. Shipped on wet ice for stability, the vial should be aliquoted upon arrival and stored at −20 °C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
