Anti-P300 / CBP Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified reagent is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against a synthesized peptide derived from human P300 / CBP, allowing detection of endogenous levels of the total P300 / CBP protein. The antibody is supplied at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µL volume, formulated in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, with 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol as a stabilizer. The host species is rabbit with a rabbit IgG isotype, and the reagent is provided unconjugated for compatibility with standard immunoassay workflows. Validated applications include Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), with reactivity confirmed against human, mouse and rat samples.
