Anti-P2Y4 (V198) Antibody

A primary antibody from Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against P2Y4 (V198). The unconjugated antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

It was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 180-220 of Human P2Y4 and detects endogenous levels of P2Y4 protein. The expected molecular weight of the target is ~ 41 kDa. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of > 95% by SDS-PAGE. It is supplied as 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approx. pH 7.2.
