Anti-P2X3 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against the purinergic receptor P2X3 and is supplied as a 50 µl liquid formulation at 1 mg/mL in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen corresponding to a synthesized peptide derived from the internal region of human P2X3. It is unconjugated and of the IgG isotype, and it specifically detects endogenous levels of the P2X3 target. Validated applications include Western Blotting (WB) and ELISA, and the reagent has been tested for reactivity with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. For handling, the vial is shipped at 4 °C; upon receipt, users should aliquot and store it at -20 °C, taking care to avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
