Anti-P2RY6 Antibody

Raised in rabbit and purified by affinity chromatography against the human P2RY6 immunogen, this polyclonal antibody is supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated, ready-to-use reagent at 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µL volume. It is formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, and is shipped on cold packs at 4 °C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. The reagent is intended for detection of endogenous P2RY6 (P2Y purinoceptor 6) in human and mouse samples, and is validated by the supplier for Western blotting as well as immunohistochemistry on paraffin-embedded tissue, with published validation images showing staining of human colon cancer sections. Host species is rabbit, the clonality is polyclonal, and the conjugate is unconjugated, allowing flexible secondary antibody pairing for either chemiluminescent WB or chromogenic IHC workflows.
