Anti-P2RY1 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com, raised against P2RY1 (also designated P2Y1). The reagent is unconjugated, of the IgG isotype, and is validated for Western Blotting on human, mouse and rat samples.

It was generated using a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 274–373 of human P2RY1 (NP_002554.1). The product is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline at pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity purified. The reported molecular weight of the target is 42 kDa. A recommended Western Blot dilution range of 1:500–1:2,000 is suggested.

For storage, the antibody is shipped at 4 °C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
