Anti-P2RX7 Antibody

A polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com raised in rabbit against the P2RX7 target (also referred to as P2X7). The reagent is supplied as an unconjugated IgG, with the catalogue entry listing reactivity with human, mouse and rat samples and applications in Western blot and immunohistochemistry. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 100-300 of human P2RX7 (NP_002553.3).

The product is provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline at pH 7.3 containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, and is affinity purified. The target has a molecular weight of 75 kDa. For Western blot, a working dilution of 1:100 to 1:500 is recommended. The antibody is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C on arrival, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
