Anti-P2RX5 Antibody

This Antibodies.com polyclonal antibody is raised in rabbit against P2X5 and supplied as an unconjugated IgG preparation in liquid form. It is validated for use in Western Blotting and Immunocytochemistry (ICC/IF) and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 341–422 of human P2RX5 (NP_002552.2), and the target protein has a molecular weight of 115 kDa. The antibody is affinity purified and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Recommended dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. Concentration is lot specific.
