Anti-p27 Kip1 (phospho-T198) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human p27 Kip1 around the phosphorylation site of Threonine 198. The unconjugated reagent specifically recognises endogenous levels of p27 Kip1 only when phosphorylated at Thr198. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and is reactive with human, mouse and rat samples. The target has a molecular weight of approximately 27 kDa. The antibody is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2, and has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum using epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity of greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
