Anti-p27 Kip1 (phospho-T187) Antibody

Antibodies.com supplies a rabbit polyclonal antibody specific for p27 Kip1 when phosphorylated at threonine 187, presented at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline containing 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2. The reagent was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen and shows a purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. It detects endogenous levels of p27 Kip1 protein only when phosphorylated at Thr187, having been raised against a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human p27 Kip1 around the threonine 187 site. The unconjugated antibody is validated for western blotting and immunohistochemistry applications and is reactive with human, mouse, and rat samples. The target migrates at approximately 27 kDa.
