Anti-p27 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified Rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against p27 (also known as p27^Kip1) and is validated for Western blotting, immunohistochemistry, and ELISA workflows. The immunogen is a synthesized peptide derived from the human p27 sequence around the non-phosphorylation site of T187, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of p27 protein in samples from human, mouse, and rat origin. Supplied as an unconjugate at 1 mg/mL in a liquid PBS formulation containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA, and 0.02% sodium azide, the antibody is offered in a 50 µL pack size suitable for routine bench use. On receipt, aliquots should be stored at –20°C with the vial kept at 4°C for short-term handling, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles to preserve reactivity.
