Anti-p21 (G139) Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to p21 (G139), offered by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody. The unconjugated reagent is validated for Western Blot (WB) applications and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. It was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 100-150 of Human P21, and specifically detects endogenous levels of p21 Cip1 protein. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 21 kDa.

The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approximately pH 7.2. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, and the purity is greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
