Anti-p21-ARC Antibody

Raised in rabbit, this polyclonal antibody targets the p21-ARC subunit (also known as ARPC3) of the Arp2/3 complex, a seven-subunit machine that nucleates branched actin filament networks at the leading edge of motile cells. By recognising the p21 component of the complex, the reagent enables visualisation of Arp2/3 in cell migration, endocytosis, and phagocytosis studies. The unconjugated primary antibody is supplied in a 100 µl vial and is validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry on human tissue and cell samples.
