Produced by Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against p16 INK4a. The unconjugated reagent is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, and is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (IF/ICC) applications on human samples.
The target is p16 INK4a, with endogenous levels of the protein detected. The immunogen used was recombinant full-length human p16 INK4a, and the antibody has been affinity-purified by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, reaching a purity of > 95% by SDS-PAGE. The expected molecular weight is ~ 16 kDa. The product is supported by 3 scientific validation images.
