Anti-p16 INK4a (A20) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against p16 INK4a. The unconjugated reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) applications and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids at the N-terminus of Human p16 INK4a, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of p16-INK4a protein. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

The antibody has a molecular weight of approximately 16 kDa and was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. One scientific validation image is available.
