Anti-p16 ARC Antibody

Specific for the p16-Arc subunit of the Arp2/3 complex, this recombinant rabbit monoclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is supplied as 50 µl of unconjugated antibody in TBS (pH 7.4) with 1% BSA, 40% glycerol, and 0.05% sodium azide as preservative. The target is a ~16 kDa component of the seven-subunit Arp2/3 machinery that nucleates branched actin filament networks and drives cytoskeletal remodeling at the cell cortex.

Validated for western blot, immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence, immunohistochemistry, and flow cytometry, the antibody detects endogenous p16-Arc in human, mouse, and rat samples.
