Anti-p16 Antibody [R19-D]

This Rabbit monoclonal antibody, supplied by Antibodies.com, is raised against the p16 protein and is identified by clone R19-D. It is of the IgG isotype and provided in unconjugated, liquid form.

The reagent was generated using a peptide derived from the C-terminal sequence of human p16 as the immunogen. It is validated for use in immunohistochemistry on paraffin-embedded tissue (IHC-P) and frozen sections (IHC-Fr), with reactivity confirmed against human samples. A recommended IHC dilution of 1:100 is indicated by the manufacturer.

The product is formulated in Tris Buffered Saline at pH 8.0, containing 20 mg/ml BSA and 0.05% sodium azide, and should be stored at 4°C.
