Anti-p15 INK4b (G113) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against the p15 INK4b target at the G113 epitope and is supplied unconjugated. It has been validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (IF) applications, and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The reagent was produced using a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 100–150 of Human p15 INK4b and specifically detects endogenous levels of the p15 INK4b protein. The target has a reported molecular weight of approximately 15 kDa.

Provided as a liquid at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2, the antibody is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE.
