Anti-p15 INK Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody for cell-cycle and tumor-suppressor research, this reagent is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against p15 INK (CDKN2B). It is supplied at 50 µl per vial at a concentration of 1 mg/ml, in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺) at pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol as a stabilizer. The antibody is unconjugated and was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen derived from a synthesized peptide of human p15 INK, and it detects the endogenous levels of total p15 INK protein. It is recommended for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (IF) applications, and has been validated for reactivity against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.
