Anti-p130 Cas (V404) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets p130 Cas at the V404 epitope. It is unconjugated and validated for use in Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications, and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 380-430 of Human p130 Cas. The antibody detects endogenous levels of p130 Cas protein and corresponds to a molecular weight of approximately 130 kDa.

It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approximately pH 7.2. The antibody is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity of > 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
