Anti-p130 Cas (Tyr249) Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against p130 Cas and specifically targets the Tyr249 phosphorylated epitope. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 220-270 of human p130 Cas, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of p130 Cas protein in validated Western blot (WB) applications.

The reagent is supplied unconjugated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. It is reactive with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and recognises a target of approximately 130 kDa. Purity is greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE following affinity-chromatography purification with the epitope-specific immunogen.
