Anti-p130 Cas (phospho-Y410) Antibody

Offered by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against p130 Cas (phospho-Y410) and is validated for use in Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications. The unconjugated reagent reacts with human, mouse and rat samples and is supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approx. pH 7.2.

The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human p130 Cas around the phosphorylation site of Tyrosine 410, and the antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of p130 Cas protein only when phosphorylated at Tyr410. The target protein has a molecular weight of ~ 130 kDa. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, and the purity is > 95% (by SDS-PAGE).
