From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody directed against SSB phosphorylated at Serine 366. The unconjugated reagent is validated for WB and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human SSB surrounding the Serine 366 phosphorylation site. According to the manufacturer's specificity data, the antibody recognises endogenous levels of SSB only when phosphorylated at Serine 366. The target protein migrates at approximately 52 kDa. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen.

It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 15 mM sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.
