Anti-OXSR1 Antibody

This primary antibody from Antibodies.com is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against OXSR1. Supplied unconjugated with an IgG isotype, it has been validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The antibody was generated against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 1–100 of human OXSR1 (NP_005100.1) and purified by affinity chromatography. The target protein migrates at a molecular weight of 60 kDa. The product is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% Glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal. It is shipped at 4 °C; upon receipt, aliquots should be stored at –20 °C with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF.
