Anti-OXA1L Antibody

Raised in rabbit as a polyclonal preparation and supplied unconjugated at 1.0 mg/mL, the antibody targets total endogenous OXA1L — the mitochondrial inner membrane insertase also annotated as OXA1-like protein, OXA1Hs, and Oxidase assembly 1-like protein — which plays a central role in respiratory chain biogenesis. It was generated against a recombinant human OXA1L immunogen and purified by affinity chromatography on the immunogen to deliver batch-to-batch consistency. Validated for Western blotting (WB), the reagent shows broad cross-reactivity with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples, making it well suited for comparative mitochondrial studies across standard cell line and tissue models.
