Anti-OTX2 Antibody

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 140–280 of human OTX2 (NP_068374.1). The antibody is provided as a liquid in phosphate-buffered saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide; concentration is lot specific. Recommended working dilutions are 1:50–1:100 for IHC and 1:50–1:100 for ICC/IF. The reagent is shipped at 4 °C and on receipt should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
