Anti-OSMR Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal reagent that targets OSMR. It is of the IgG isotype and supplied unconjugated as a liquid preparation. The antibody has been validated for Western Blotting and reacts with Human and Mouse samples.

It was raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 30–330 of human OSMR (NP_003990.1). The target protein has a molecular weight of 111 kDa. Following affinity purification, the antibody is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% Glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300; concentration is lot specific.

For Western Blot applications, the recommended dilution range is 1:500–1:1,000. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
