Anti-OSBPL3 Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal antibody targets OSBPL3, also referred to as ORP-3. The unconjugated IgG reagent is raised in Rabbit and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), reacting with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. It was generated against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 370-520 of human OSBPL3 (NP_056365.1), and the target has a molecular weight of 101 kDa. The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide, and has been purified by affinity chromatography. It is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Recommended working dilutions are WB: 1:200-1:2,000 and IHC: 1:50-1:200.
