Anti-OSBP Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody to OSBP1, supplied by Antibodies.com within their Primary Antibodies range. The unconjugated IgG reagent is raised in rabbit and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications and is purified by affinity chromatography. The antibody is provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, with a target molecular weight of 110 kDa.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 508–807 of human OSBP (NP_002547.1). Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:500–1:2,000 and ICC/IF: 1:50–1:200. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
